As an MA student in 2019, I designed, curated, and facilitated a project called (In)Visibility at Georgetown: Past, Present, and Future, an arts-based intervention designed to engage more faculty and staff with the lived experiences of historically marginalized students. The project included an art exhibit featuring work from historically marginalized students as well as a 60-minute workshop for staff and faculty centered around the artwork. I presented a poster on the project at the 2019 Professional and Organizational Development (POD) Network conference as the project was a finalist for the POD Innovation Award.
